The Kingsley Organisation supports disabled people towards the pursuit of their ambitions by valuing each person as an individual and recognising the power of opportunity and choice

Kingsley Organisation Philosophy

The Organisation has developed over the years many policies and statements to guide our work. These are constantly reviewed and updated but the current statement of philosophy, outlined below, governs our activities and our development policies.
