The primary aim is to provide an environment in which young people with disabilities can be encouraged to widen their horizons both emotionally and practically. Training is intended to enable them ultimately to obtain meaningful occupation, integrate with the community and live independently.

Services provided by and for Disabled People include:

Chainreaction - the core group exploring issues around independence

Independent Living Project - a chance to experiment with living independently

Supported volunteering - the time and space for experiential learning

NVQs - everyone at the Centre is engaged in learning and training

Disability Awareness Workshops - offered to local authorities and businesses

Kingsley Access Team - consultancy service approaching access holistically

Shine- a respite group for people in the local area who require carers

Direct Payments Support Service - our support service in West Berkshire for those who use or would like to use Direct Payments

Direct Payments Consultancy Service - a comprehensive service, providing consultancy on Direct Payments
