Feedback, Compliments and Complaints

Kingsley Organisation welcomes all feedback given to us. If you would like to give us feedback on any aspect of our Organisation please contact our Senior Administrator at Kingsley Centre. Your feedback will be passed to the appropriate Manager and considered seriously in our service reviews and evaluations. You can also contact our Managers, Chief Executive and Chair of Trustees directly by email using our email contact us page. Our Senior Administrator can arrange a telephone call or a visit if this is more appropriate.

We also have a Complaints Resolution Policy that Staff, Volunteers and Participants should use if they have a complaint or concern about any aspect of our work or services.
